Job Summary

We are looking for a Delivery & Support Manager to lead the CRM function of a large regulatory transformation program. The purpose of the portfolio is to modernise the business’ technology environment in areas such as virtualisation, mobility and cloud. This is an opportunity to be engaged on a large program of work and contribute to the success of IT services to a complex business environment.

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Extensive work experience in leading, managing and delivering complex Microsoft (Dynamics) CRM development and support services
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering MS CRM changes across multiple projects
  • Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with datamarts and reporting (Microsoft stack) is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills, including experience managing a team in a service delivery environment
  • Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries or issues
  • Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
  • Ability to mentor team members in delivery of outcomes either directly or by facilitating appropriate peer support and reviews
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
