About the Role
Lead and grow relationships with Top Talent across the Melbourne market applying Allegis’ best-in-class recruitment methodology for sourcing, assessing, selecting and servicing talent. Work closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to design and execute tailored recruitment solutions for a combination of ASX200, Medium-to-Large Privately Held, Government and Not-For-Profit Organisations. Receive the support of a highly engaged team who have a vested interested in seeing you succeed and grow.
  • Drive new candidate acquisition agenda applying our industry leading Needs-Based Sales Framework
  • Design and execute tailored recruitment solutions across diversified industries utilising our existing referral networks, database search, social media and external advertising.
  • Sponsor existing and new to Allegis recruitment proposals using a disciplined approach to business development
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Internally motivated, natural self-starter with energy, drive and ambition
  • Highly resourceful with evidence of overcoming adversity or set back
  • Team player with high levels of empathy and genuine interest in helping others
  • Willingness to take advice, openness to feedback and growth mindset
  • Engaging and personable written and verbal communication skills
  • 12+ months experience in B2B/B2C sales with a demonstrated track record of success
  • University Degree (preferred but not essential)
