Change Analyst

The Change Analyst reports directly to the Change Manager to deliver on change, communication and training activities for projects and other initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting the change manager to ensure change is delivered within a structured change management approach to deliver and realise change outcomes in support of a large portfolio of IT projects.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Program Manager to manage and coordinate change data, documents, and reports in accordance with project and policy requirements
  • Implement the change management plans, processes and tools to enable change adoption and sustainability on multiple projects and initiatives
  • Support the design and development, delivery and management of change, training and communication artefacts within projects
  • Conduct impact analyses, identify stakeholders and approaches to manage stakeholders
  • Assess change readiness and form part of the working groups to support BAU teams in readiness for transition
  • Provide input, develop and document requirements to support design and delivery of training
  • Support change risk activities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Support business relationship owners in managing stakeholders
  • Conduct and facilitate training and workshops to gather information that provides input into change management plans
  • Support the building of change capability and assessment within the Program and Business Areas

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Organisational Change Management and Training including relevant experience on large scale projects
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change with proven experience in delivering behavioural change
  • Experience in using a variety of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in facilitating change management approaches and tactics with different business units, specifically IT business units.
  • Experience working within in Government sector
