We’re recruiting a number of roles exclusively for a globally recognised leader in the fintech space. An award-winning, heavily backed and cash positive scale-up business, they’re looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to help drive and deliver a suite of exciting new products for large financial services customers.
While the role is heavily client facing, this role also requires somebody who has extensive experience managing the successful agile delivery of enterprise software, where you have liaised extensively with software development & product teams (both internal and external) to achieve successful customer outcomes. This is a newly created role where you will take responsibility for the successful delivery to this company’s largest customer to date in what is a greenfield project and a flagship opportunity that the organisation hopes to showcase to other customers. This business has recently won several large & long term customer engagements with many others expected in short succussion so your role will be to ensure the customer experience is exceptional and also help further their reputation in this industry to continued growth.
You will also coach their customer base on best practice agile delivery & project management to ensure they can adopt technology change in a quicker fashion than traditionally experienced, as well as helping the start-up organisation adopt processes and methodologies that will to set the foundations for future growth.

- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in agile environments
- Significant experience delivering software solutions and developing products into enterprise organisations
- Ideally experience working on both the customer and vendor side of technology implementation
- Exceptional business and stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally
- Exceptional ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast paced start-up environment
- Project oriented certifications
