Our client is a global organisation and the one of the largest IT vendors in the world. They are looking for a Service Desk Analst.
This role is paying a competitive hourly rate and this is a great opportunity for someone who is driven by working in a fast pased environment.
You will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware and software issues within the Windows and Microsoft technologies. Sound experience and knowledge across these technologies is a non negotiable.
To be suitable you will have:
- You must be eligible have baseline security clearance
- Experience/knowledge with Microsoft technologies and Windows environments, MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work with various stakeholders and update management
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable. There will be times where scenarios and issues arise suddenly and you will have to solve them on the spot
