One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a Project Coordinator contribute to a digital health organisation with a vision to become one of the top three digital governments in the world by 2025, supporting millions of Australians.
About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to perform moderately complex to complex work that assists, supports, and enables project activities across identified work areas within the organisation. They will organise their workflow and make decisions relating to an area of responsibility within the program including the interpretation and application of the organisation’s program management policies, framework and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Contribute to management of the program.
• Engage with internal and external program stakeholders.
• Prepare, review and edit program documents such as monthly Program Status Reports and updates to Risks and Issues Register.
• Support successful program delivery.
Skills and Experience:
• MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
• Preferred industry experience: Public Sector / IT / Health
• Experience maintaining program tools, artifacts and trackers (e.g. RACI tracker, Program Schedule, RIDAC tracker, Task tracker)
• Experience coordinating engagement and update schedules with Senior Project Managers, Program Manager and Program Director.
• Experience with general administrative tasks including calendar management, preparing meeting minutes and maintaining document management systems
• Experience developing, reviewing and editing program documents such as monthly Program Status Reports, program management documentation and briefing papers.
